Beehive brings together personal attention, trusted relationships, and modern organization to make homeownership feel a little lighter.
FAQs
What exactly does Beehive do?
Think of Beehive as your home's personal management team.
We take care of the details that come with homeownership, from seasonal and preventative maintenance to coordinating repairs, managing contractors, and checking on your property while you're away.
Instead of keeping track of everything yourself, you have one trusted point of contact who helps keep your home running smoothly.
Your home. Beautifully handled.
Is there a contract or membership commitment?
Yes. Because caring for a home is a year-round responsibility, Beehive memberships are designed around a 12-month commitment.
Many essential maintenance services are seasonal, and our annual approach allows us to plan ahead, anticipate your home's needs, and provide consistent care through every season.
Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with you and your home, not simply show up when something breaks.
What's included in my membership?
Your membership is centered around proactive home care and personalized management.
This includes:
An annual preventative home maintenance review and report
A customized seasonal maintenance calendar
Coordination and scheduling of routine maintenance
Contractor recommendations for homeowner selection
Organization of service appointments and invoices
A shared digital record of your home's maintenance history
One dedicated point of contact
One home-watch visit per quarter (four annually)
Access to additional home concierge services
Some services involving physical labor, materials, or outside contractors are billed separately. We'll always communicate those costs before proceeding.
Do you perform maintenance and repairs yourselves?
Beehive coordinates the people and services needed to keep your home in excellent condition.
We recommend qualified, appropriately licensed and insured professionals for specialized work such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and landscaping. You select and approve the contractor you'd like to use, and we handle the scheduling and coordination.
For smaller household tasks, we can help arrange handyman services, furniture assembly, installations, and other projects.
You don't have to spend your time finding the right person, coordinating schedules, or following up to make sure the work gets done.
How does billing work? Do I have to pay each contractor separately?
Our goal is to make paying for home services as simple as managing them.
With your authorization, Beehive coordinates payments to participating service providers and organizes charges into one clear homeowner invoice.
We do not mark up third-party contractor invoices. You'll have access to the original invoices in your shared home records.
That means fewer individual payments, less paperwork, and one place to track what you've spent maintaining your home.
Will you check on my home while I'm out of town?
Absolutely. Whether you're away for a long weekend, several weeks, or an extended trip, Beehive can arrange scheduled home checks.
Your membership includes one home-watch visit per quarter, for a total of four visits annually. Additional visits are $125 each.
During these visits, we look for visible leaks, unusual conditions, heating or cooling concerns, and other signs that something needs attention.
We can also coordinate access for scheduled service providers while you're gone.
What happens if something breaks or there's an emergency?
Beehive is not a 24/7 emergency line, but if something unexpected happens, we're here to help coordinate the next steps during our service hours.
Whether it's a plumbing issue, a malfunctioning furnace, or damage following a storm, we'll work to connect you with the appropriate service professional, help arrange access, and keep you informed.
For immediate threats to personal safety or property, homeowners should contact emergency services or the appropriate emergency utility provider first.
What is the Annual Preventative Maintenance Report?
One of the foundations of Beehive is helping you understand the ongoing needs of your home before small issues become expensive surprises.
Our annual review documents observable conditions across key home systems and maintenance areas, identifies items that may require attention, and helps prioritize recommended services.
You'll receive an organized report with observations, recommendations, and suggested next steps.
And here's the best part: we can help coordinate the recommended work, too.
This is a preventative maintenance review, not a substitute for a licensed home inspection or specialized professional evaluation.
Is Beehive only for luxury homes or people who travel frequently?
Not at all.
Beehive is for homeowners who value their time, appreciate thoughtful service, and want the confidence that comes from having someone help care for their home.
Some of our members may be raising families and juggling full schedules. Others may travel frequently, be enjoying retirement, or simply want to spend less energy managing maintenance and repairs.
Whatever your stage of life, our goal is the same: help you spend more time enjoying your home and less time managing it.
How do I become a founding homeowner?
We're preparing to welcome our first Beehive homeowners in January 2027, beginning in Greenwood Village and select South Denver neighborhoods.
Joining our Founding Homeowners List gives you early access to membership details, launch updates, and availability.
Founding homeowners who enroll in a membership will receive two months of membership fees waived.
